Shipping Policy

We ship all orders under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. This means:

  • We are responsible for shipping your order to your address.

  • You, as the customer, are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees.

  • These fees are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery and are not included in the purchase price.

Please read the relevant section for your location below.

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders take about 1 to 3 weeks to ship

  • No customs or import fees apply.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

European Union (EU) Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days + possible customs clearance time

  • Orders take about 1 to 3 weeks to ship

  • For most EU countries, no import taxes or customs duties apply.

  • Some countries may charge additional fees — please check your local regulations.

United Kingdom (UK) Shipping
Important Post-Brexit Notice:

  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days + customs clearance

  • Orders take about 1 to 3 weeks to ship

  • For shipments under £135 (~€150), the buyer may be required to pay import VAT and a customs clearance fee collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • For shipments over £135, the buyer is also responsible for all duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase price.

  • If fees are not paid or delivery is refused, the package will be returned, and we cannot refund the purchase price or shipping costs.

  • A tracking number will be provided.

Rest of the World / International Shipping
Examples: USA, Canada, Australia

  • Delivery times : 5–14 business days + customs clearance

  • Orders take about 1 to 3 weeks to ship

  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and clearance fees

  • Fees are collected by the shipping carrier and are not included in the purchase price

  • If fees are not paid or shipment is refused, the package will be returned, and we cannot issue a refund for the purchase price or shipping costs

  • Tracking will be provided when available; customs may delay updates

  • We work with reliable carriers such as DHL who handle customs clearance professionally.
