Return & Refund Policy

General Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days after receiving the item – worldwide, without needing to provide a reason. To start a return, please contact us first at sales@tkbstudios.com . Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Conditions
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the date you received the order. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.

Untracked Shipping Disclaimer
If the buyer selects a shipping method without tracking or insurance, the seller cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit. Once the package is handed over to the postal service, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. It is strongly recommended to choose a tracked shipping option to ensure proof of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address] with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
